Sell your iPhone now, and get iPhone 5

Let’s straighten it out first: no one knows anything for sure about the next iPhone, not even its name, though iPhone 5 is sure a good bet but it could be anything. There have been no official announcements from Apple. The best launch date report we have, September 12, is based on some (very good) guesswork.

However, here are some insights into the expected iPhone 5
  • Apple supplier has started manufacturing new handset
  • Sources in Apple's supply chain leak details
  • More leaks confirm that it WILL have a different connector
  • Device expected to launch in October
  • Could have slimmer screen with sensors built into glass

Behold all things have become new!!

If you are a blogger or an internet marketer who still uses the methods of the past few years, then you are living in a very ancient period in terms of changes and trends that are shaping how things get done on the internet. The fact is that even one week in the blogging sphere is a very long time and is more than enough to cause very significant changes on the internet.

That is the reason why Marshable, a blog dedicated to the latest tech news and start ups, is able to beat TechCrunch, who is a leader the tech news blog industry, in terms of unique pageviews. Marshable has recently overtaken TechCrunch in terms of traffic statistics despite TechCrunch's long-standing reputation. This is because in the internet world, things change really fast and those who refuse to adapt will surely be the losers.

TechCrunch became the first ever blog to reach 1 million subscribers which is proudly displayed on their Feedburner chicklet. It has been able to establish itself as the industry leader over the years, with the opinions of its founder Michael Arrington gaining attention over the tech world. They have the reputation of breaking out insider informations and deals such as Google's 1 billion plus acquisition of YouTube.

    Who, how, where and what?

In one of my previous posts I stressed on the need to identify the problems of your visitors and help provide solutions to those problems. This strategy is ultimately very rewarding both to the visitor and to the site owner as well. You can only do this effectively if you are able to provide the right answer to the following questions:
    Who are your visitors?
How do they landed on your site?
    Where are they coming from?
    What do they want?

All these for just 9.63 seconds

The 25 year old Jamaican sprinter, Usain Bolt has on Sunday August 5, 2012 sealed the legendary status as the fastest man in the world after finishing with a resounding victory in the men's 100m race at the London 2012 olympics. Usain Bolt clocked an olympic record of 9.63 seconds, the second fastest time in history, after his 9.58 seconds world record at Berlin at the World Championships in August 2009. Jamaican compatriot and training partner Yohan Blake, long tipped as Bolt's successor as the fastest man in the world, claimed silver after equalling his personal best of 9.75sec. American 2004 Olympic gold medallist Justin Gatlin completed his remarkable comeback from a four-year doping ban by taking the bronze medal in a personal best of 9.79sec.

The victory is so sweet and glorious for the athlete but only God knows the amount of training that went into the preparations for a performance that only lasts for 9.63 seconds.

It's simple and yet very powerful

In life the most important things come so simple and easy that we nearly always fail to recognize them and to employ their potential for our own benefits. It is therefore not surprising to come across folks who have done all that they learnt and know that matters and yet are unable to reap any result. It's so pathetic to see people, and even good friends you know, give up on great ideas that could have otherwise been the 'thing of the century' had the right things been done. I have friends who left their dreams midway because they have done almost everything they know but were not successful.

One field that this phenomenon is prevalent is the internet industry. Yeah I know this because that is what I do. Be it blogging, affiliate marketing, SEO or ads selling, thousands (or should I say billions) have put their hard work and precious time (and even scarce money) into this and that, here and there but no record of success.
